Shipping Policy

Overview

At Badger's Bookshop, we want your books to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days depending on your location within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building staff. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or stuck in transit, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where possible, include a brief description and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Badger's Bookshop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact.badgers.shop@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
